The apartment is located in Überlingen's old town, just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque shores of Lake Constance. The central location makes it easy to reach the historic old town with its charming alleyways and many cafés and restaurants on foot and the connection to public transportation is excellent. The Rosenobel Gärten is 400 m away, followed by the Obere Anlage at 800 m, Andelshofer Weiher at 3.8 km, Strandbad Sipplingen at 6 km, Grillplatz at 8 km, Grillplatz Zum Eichelrain at 9 km, Mainau and Schloss Mainau both at 11 km, and Rosgartenmuseum Konstanz and Klein Venedig at 15 km, with three restaurants: Asia Wok, Spitalkeller, and Pizzajunge, all just 100 m away.
