Hotel staff are fantstic and the hotel is a good one however loud live music from nearby bars until 0100hrs coupled with noisy guests in rooms either side and selfish guests banging doors at all hours and shouting to each other down the corridor makes getting a good nights sleep impossible. If you can manage on around five hours sleep all very well but if this hotel is going to match its prices to the much quieter Centara hotel they really need to look into some form of sound deadening or a betterclass of clientel. We have stayed here many times but will seriously consider reverting to the Centara if we face a long drive the following day.
