A very pleasant surprise.
Kavin Buri Green was a very pleasant surprise. I usually stay at the Panarai when in town but Kavin was just as good and at half the price, great value. Restaraunts breakfast and bars excellent. The only negative I have is the rooftop pool needs some umbrella shade for their deck chairs.

Like the location but the big down was the little bug 🐛 i keep finding lucky is was not bees bugs!! But a bug none the less safe did not work right and need a new shower head

Very Disappointing
Covid has hit Udon hard and the Karin Buri hotel was not exempt. We used to stay there on a regular basis and at that time it was run by the family who owned it and often that family would be in the restaurant dining or socialising. I can only surmise that the ownership has changed as the hotel is in desperate need of some care and attention and as for the food, well we didn’t eat there after the breakfast we were given. Reception not the friendliest either. Sorry guys you have to work on it or remain a £18 per night hotel.

In general good hotel for the rate paid .Good location. But rooms are old .we had no water pursuer in our room 510 and no hot water for shower. Asked the reception to repair but nothingwas done .the hotel suffers from low maintenance. Staff at breakfast and breakfast was good .

All good, good location, nice staff. Free airport pick up and drop off. Used hotel driver for great day driving around places of interest, went up to Nong Khai an hours drive away, Buddha Park a highlight, saw the Mekong.

A pleasant stay in Udon Thani.
Complementary airport transfers made us trouble free in reaching and leaving the hotel. Staff were friendly and able to provide guidance to sight seeing and meals. Room was bright enough as compared to some other hotels. Breakfast was simple but good enough for travellors. The only draw backs were (1) lot of mosquitoes flying in the open restaurant during breakfast and (2) the shower glass door and safety box needed maintenance during the stay.

This hotel was probably great when it first opened. The location is perfect however the building needs maintenance! Things are just falling apart from not being maintained. The rooftop area had missing floorboards, the entire place needs to be painted, the rooms were not that clean. It just appears no one cares about the hotel. The check in was easy. I would NOT recommend this place there are far better newer hotels in the area that are a better value.

Great place to stay
VERY VERY VERY nice room. Nice comfy bed. Safe and fridge very handy. The upper deck at the swimming pool is a great place to hang out in the evening. Nice place for just walking around, lots of interesting shops. Central Mall very close by. Four 7-11s very close by.

Great location
Hotel is in a convenient location with good parking. Staff very polite and helpful. Comfortable bed however the room is a little small especially the bathroom , WiFi is a bit of a pain as you have login every time you return to the hotel. A word of warning book your breakfast with the room booking because if want on your arrival it’s extortionate at 200 bht per person I would definitely recommend staying here
