Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Cheated customer. Not same as shown on website and another family faced the same issue at the hotel and complained. Dirty, smelly no hygiene at all. Secondly, the Hotel no longer tie up with Expedia but the same is still reflecting on Expedia website which should be rectified as I faced too many issues at the Hotel. Thankfully all sorted by the relocations team.
