This is a place to unplug and reconnect with nature and decompress from the busyness of life. Custom designed and beautifully hand crafted by local craftsmen, Willowbrae Chalet features dramatic flared cedar log accents inside and out. Once inside you can follow the beautiful handcrafted log staircase upstairs to a large private loft bedroom with a king bed, adjacent to that room is a queen bedroom with an ensuite. Downstairs in the living room there is a queen size pullout couch to sleep an additional 2 guest. The Chalet also contains 2 full bathrooms with a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a large private deck nestled in the old growth forest with hot tub, plus many other luxuries and amenities. Forest views from every part of the house! Please note: To access the upstairs bathroom you must go through the queen bedroom The cabin does not have a washer and dryer. There is a local laundry mat in both Tofino and Ucluelet. Interested in a group booking? This property has 3 other cabins located on it which can sleep up to 18 guest if you rent all 4 cabins. Please contact Tofino Vacation rentals if you are interested in booking them all. Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use. Host Rules: We’re in the exciting process of preparing for the addition of a fifth cabin on the property (completion, spring 2026). You may notice some light construction activity during the day as work progresses. We’ll do our best to keep any disruption minimal, and no work will take place in the evenings or on weekends. Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age min: must be 25 years or older to book. Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. Pet Policy: Dog friendly after owner approval. Please let us know about your dog with the reservation request. 2 dog max! Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky booking platform fees). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home. The location was great just slightly north of Ucluelet and allowed us to easily access our activities at the Ucluelet harbor as well as up in Long Beach and Tofino. Everything you can need for your stay is available and the chalet is an absolute work of art and skill in wood work. We were sad to say good bye and wished we could stay longer. Pretty close to the main areas of Ukee but in a quiet area so that makes it easy to grab groceries or meals from town but enjoy the beauty of living in nature. Note: the bedrooms are both upstairs and can be an issue for those with mobility issues. Super cozy and the hot tub is just a great plus! It is a log cabin so I understand it's rustic but there were a decent amount of cobwebs on the ceiling. Otherwise still an awesome stay!! Beautiful surroundings, lovely soaps , everything was clean and welcoming. The fold out couch was nice and comfortable for our one son to sleep on.
