We arrived in the middle of the night (book your ferry at least a month early or you'll be stuck with the super later or early ferry) so didn't really get a chance to see the property until we woke up. We stepped out the back door and a bald eagle was sitting in a tree behind the property and a banana slug was eating grass in the yard. It was awesome! The owners have lots of small details that make for a great trip including beach towels for the hot tub, pebble identification literature, etc...There were plenty of kitchen tools to cook and all beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to end the night. The location was easily accessible to a hiking trails and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ##### Julia R. The cabin is clean and a fantastic location if you are looking for a peaceful trip and still close enough to amenities. We will always choose to stay in Ucluelet as it’s not as busy as Tofino. It was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was enjoyed multiple times a day. Beautiful and private with partial ocean view from the back deck. It is fully equipped with everything you need. A wonderful home to relax and unwind from the crazy world. There were even deer in the compound. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness and maintenance is because there were clothes left in the dresser from a previous tenant and the garbage can doesn't work well. Was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishware and other items... everything we needed. Host was easily reachable and very responsive, something we appreciate when visiting an area we're not used to. We had trouble locating the towels but later find ample towels and bedding stored away from view. Initially didn't plan to use the hot tub but after a late return from a long day of hiking, it was the PERFECT way to end the day! Would definitely stay here again. ##### Nancy B.
