Excellent staff, and all facilities was up to our standard. Beautiful spot if you want some quiet space and within nature.
Probably some slight improvements required in menu, but that’s if I am being really picky.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Services were good and the staff was fast, the shuttle to Ubud was useful. Beautiful scenery and spacious room.
Peaceful place with friendly staff and amazing view to the jungle of Ubud with occasionally visits by monkeys. A wonderful place I cannot recommend more!
We loved our stay at Natura Villas. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a beautiful pool overlooking the ravine and river below. We loved the restaurant and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The spa service was great and we even saw some monkeys running through one day. This is an amazing place to unwind and enjoy the stunning views.
The hotel is perfect for relaxing, in the middle of the jungle and not far from Ubud city center (the hotel offers free shuffles to the city center). The pool is amazing, the service is really great, the villa is way bigger than what we expected
Staying hete outside the centre of Ubud was a marvellous choice. Especially when you stay in a place as great as this! Peaceful and relaxing area with a pool overlooking the jungle.
I booked 3 nights in solo and this was one of the best places that i have stayed ever! So natural, beautiful, nice views and super friendly staff. Highly highly recommend!
What a wonderful gem of a hotel in the Ubud area. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning location with a pool overlooking the jungle. Also a complimentary shuttle bus into the centre of Ubud a few times of day.
A fantastic staff who did anything to make our
stay perfect. The resort has a great loccation who really gives you the jungel feeling . Highly reccomended, great facilities , spacious Rooms . Thank you all so much 😊
This place is a wonderful jungle resort with superb valley views. Our second time here and will return for sure. It's not the shiniest and newest, but really awesome place to stay if you like nature and tranquility. Staff and service super friendly and attentive. The resort has only 14 villas (all very spacious), so it's also very private. Despite being in the jungle, only 10 mins from Ubud centre and they offer free shuttle service couple times per day to Ubud. Highly recommend this resort.
We loved our stay at Natura: all of the staff are so kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the resort itself is so tranquil and beautiful. Unfortunately, the area is not super walkable, and so to get into Ubud you will need a driver or to use the free hotel shuttle service (very helpful but hard if you wanted to have a dinner out or leave earlier). The spa was lovely and relaxing, and while all the food looks beautiful, it was not the best tasting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Natura and would stay again.
Resort was quiet and clean. Service was fantastic. Restaurant was lacking and no bar, just four bottles of spirts to make three cocktail options. Private pool was peaceful, quiet and secluded.
Resort is away from the centre of town and nothing is in walking distance so transport is required to get to restaurants and activities.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. 2-3km from Ubud Center (Grab, the local Uber, operates in the era.
Special thanks to Riska who solved a minor pool incident.
We will definitely come back next time we come to Ubud!
The staff are great and made the stay all the more enjoyable. A special mention goes out to Riska (GRO) who was most helpful with ensuring that our stay was comfortable and Kadek Joe who really gave us good insights into Balinese culture and was a wonderful help when we needed to check-out late at night. Being surrounded by the beautiful and lush forest was special if you dont mind being close to nature with the many sounds that comes with it. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay and we were close enough to Ubud Centre.
I am surprised at how many great reviews this property had. Let me first start by saying that the people are SO nice - amazing service! But the property is older than it looks in the photos and there were little stains everywhere that were grossing me out. Please also note that you are IN THE JUNGLE. That means the views are gorgeous, BUT the rooms come with bugs, ants, and lizards. I absolutely loved the private plunge pool and day bed, but wouldn't stay again because of the other things I mentioned.
If you want some peace and quiet then Natura Resort and Spa is definitely a good place. The villa has a beautiful view and the pool is clean and perfect for you to just sit and enjoy nature. The room is big and lovely.
If you are lucky, you will see monkeys and fireflies. Of course, being so close to nature, there are a lot of other different bugs but it's not many, in our opinion.
Food isn't very good so either going out or ordering gofood is recommended. They are located in a very secluded area so walking out won't be recommended but hiring gojek is cheap and easy so no issues there.
Service was ok but when they cleaned our room, they didn't remove the room service dishes from the day before. Not sure why.
The windows were very difficult to open and due to the damp weather the room and pillows were a little musky. The outdoor bath tub was not well maintained so we didn't use it.
Pulling into the rather long random driveway and down to a small parking lot/lobby area was a little concerning to start with (keep an open mind at this stage) but once checked in and set off to find our room, was another mater entirely. This is a true jungle feeling property with the neatest villas with so much room (we had a villa with a private pool). We could not have been more happy. Big room with really big double sinked bathroom with an outdoor shower and it had an outdoor bath as well. We used outside shower instead of inside, it was such a cool experience. Downstairs we had our own private courtyard with a small pool and a very large day bed. The resorts infinity pool and area around it was absolutely spectacular. The in room and breakfast menus are fine, nothing spectacular but fine. It is a little way from main Ubud and couldn't be bothered with the traffic so were more than happy to hang about in our lush paradise and order room service.
This property I think is a gem of a find at a very affordable price for what it is. It is maybe an older property, and needs some tic but to be honest, we looked past this and loved it and would go back in an heartbeat.
The view of the forest was fantastic! We enjoyed soaking it all in while wading in the infinity pool. The included breakfast was delicious and the dinner options were nice as well. The staff was very friendly.
