Property has no on-site parking, spaces outside are limited. Also if you have bit heavy luggage, you have to lift as there are rocks (no pavement to roll the bags) inside the property to reach close to reception desk. No support staff available after 8PM. No internet password was provided, so when called the after hrs. support person (likely the manager or owner), the response came next day with password, too late. Room was very tight, not fledged well. Although had nice size patio to sit outside (limited view of the front courtyard and street). The real good thing was easy walk to the beach, and the service/reception lady (speaks local language only) was very courteous and extremely helpful with smile throughout on the face. Otherwise I would not stay at this place again.

Excelente pousada. O lugar é incrível....decoração espetacular. O cafe da manhã é expecional. A localização é um ponto forte....fica perto de tudo...nao tiramos o carro para nada. As funcionárias Marlucia e Josi sao extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. A nossa hospedagem foi perfeita.

Só não gostei no dia que cheguei, pois não tinha ninguém para nos receber, ficamos aproximadamente uns 20 minutos em pé na calçada. E quando o funcionário Gabriel chegou para nos receber, ele disse que o check in começava às 14h, coisa que eu já sabia, porém, sempre que chego em outras hospedagens, antes do horário, se não houver quarto para mim, aguardo na recepção e não na calçada.

Pousada aconchegante em Itaguá

Está foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos na Pousada em Itaguá. As instalações são muito boas e fica a 30 mts da principal rua de comércio (lojas e restaurantes). A funcionária Jô garante que vc se sinta como se estivesse em sua própria casa. Ela é muito atenciosa e simpática e o sucesso da pousada se deve muito a ela (um show à parte). O melhor custo benefício é escolher um dos dois quartos superiores, o Almada ou o Santa Isabel (maior e melhor)

Amamos!!

Muito bem localizado, no meio do agito, do lado dos melhores bares e restaurantes da cidade. Inclusive fica no melhor bairro, Itaguá, (Pra quem gosta de lojas e muito opção de comida). Fica a 5min andando do Aquário. Café da manhã de qualidade, quarto impecável, atendimento bom, é tudo muito bonito. O único pecado é não ter uma piscina. Acho que nesse ponto pode pesar o Lalabella da Praia Grande. Mas voltaria, adoramos, no geral, é excelente.
