### Driftwood Designer Apartment

The apartment is very spacious (75 m2), open plan, with 2 bedrooms, sleeping four guests in comfort and style. There is a gorgeous family bathroom with a rolltop bath and walk-in shower. This is one of four apartments in this converted period property with private parking. The west-facing aspect affords stunning panoramic views of the beach and Cardigan Bay. From the open plan living, kitchen and dining room you can watch the waves roll in and with the beach located right opposite, you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands then enjoying spectacular sunsets over Cardigan Bay on the balcony. Recently refitted throughout the apartment has central heating, double glazing, and of course free WiFi throughout.

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING AREA -WITH BALCONY  
The main open-plan living area has double patio doors opening onto the balcony which is provided with patio furniture. The sitting area has a comfortable fabric sofa, coffee table, 48" Samsung Smart TV, round wooden dining table, seating four. Driftwood effect laminate flooring throughout.  
  
The open-plan designer kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented premier holiday home. The kitchen has newly fitted dove grey ‘Shaker style' kitchen units with bespoke worktops, a built-in SMEG oven/grill, built-in dual microwave/convection oven, induction hob, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
  
FRONT MASTER BEDROOM  
King size bed, all matching dove grey furniture, 2 bedside tables & lamps, tall chest of drawers, wardrobe, real wood flooring, and a window with hill views, blackout blinds. Driftwood effect laminate flooring throughout.  
  
REAR DOUBLE BEDROOM  
Double bed, all matching dove grey furniture, 2 bedside tables & lamps, tall chest of drawers, wardrobe and a window with hill views. Driftwood effect laminate flooring throughout.  
  
FAMILY BATHROOM  
Ceramics flooring with tongue & groove paneling on the walls. Victoriana rolltop bath, separate walk-in shower with glass screen, vanity unit wash hand basin & WC.  
Outside:  
There is a shared garden area to the front of the property, a big picnic bench and armchairs, Gas BBQ. Parking at the rear of the property.  
There is also free parking on the road and a pay-for public car park opposite (Free November to March). Tywyn's sweeping sandy beach is directly opposite the property, with the road between.
