Looking for a peaceful escape by the sea? This charming coastal bungalow is the perfect spot to  
enjoy all that Anglesey has to offer. With stunning sea views, a conservatory, and a big garden  
to bask in the sun, this property is perfect for family holidays or a getaway with your friends.  
  
As you step inside, your welcomed by a cozy living room filled with quirky furniture, a large  
smart Tv and a feature fireplace, perfect for those cozy nights in. From there, the home opens  
into a bright and open plan space combining the kitchen, dining area, and conservatory. The  
fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern  
appliances, ample counter space, and a large dining table that also converts into a pool table  
that’s perfect for gatherings with family and friends.  
  
The conservatory provides direct access to the tranquil and beautifully maintained garden,  
which is an ideal space for relaxation. You'll find a raised decking area with seating that offers  
lovely views out to sea. The spacious and serene garden provides ample room for you to  
enjoy with pets, children, and friends.  
  
The property comfortably accommodates six guests with its three inviting bedrooms. These  
include a spacious king-size bedroom, a stylish double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and  
a twin room furnished with two single beds, also featuring a built-in wardrobe, ensuring ample  
storage for your belongings.  
  
Additionally, the property offers a beautifully modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower,  
and for extra convenience, there is a separate WC available and utility room.  
  
This property conveniently has private parking.  
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.  
  
Please note: Pets are allowed at the property FREE of charge.  
  
Driveway parking, plus space on road site directly outside of the property.  
This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey on behalf of David, which means guests have access to a 24 hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.  
  
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.  
  
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
