The cabin is large and spacious; there were enough bedrooms and beds for the 10 of us. The loft (2 full beds) plus a sleeper-sofa and tv for the older kids to play games and Xbox. The wrap around deck got a lot of use, nice views of the property and River. The stairs leading up to the house and the stairs leading down to lower decks and river all had gates, awesome for small kids. we never felt cramped. The outside fire pit was great; we roasted marshmallows and made smores. The cabin came equipped with everything we could need; it’s in a great location, no houses next to it, awesome privacy and a large yard, to play Frisby and kickball.
