Whether you're planning a quiet getaway for two or bringing the whole crew (up to 8 guests), you’ll love this 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo in Beachside Colony – Tybee’s only resort-style beachfront community. With the Atlantic Ocean just steps away, you’ll experience laid-back island living with all the comforts of home. The condo includes: 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms Sofa bed in the living room Fully stocked kitchen Private balcony with ocean views Washer & dryer in unit High-speed Wi-Fi Elevator access & handicap parking Two resort-style pools (one heated in spring/fall) On-site beachfront restaurant/bar We have beach supplies, a Kids Korner with books/toys/fun and we don't leave you hanging by skimping on supplies! Guests frequently book this condo for just two people, so don’t hesitate if you’re traveling as a couple. I even offer a discounted cleaning fee if you’ll only use one bedroom and bathroom! I do my best to accommodate early or late check-ins at no extra charge whenever the schedule allows. Inside the Condo: The entry hallway opens to two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed & TV, and the other with two twin beds & TV—both with closets, nightstands, and luggage racks. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these rooms. Down the hall, you’ll find the open kitchen, dining area, and living room with plenty of seating and natural light. The living room includes a Kid’s Korner with books, puzzles, and games (yes, the Magic 8 Ball still gets plenty of use!). The spacious primary bedroom is off the living area with an ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and access to the ocean view balcony—shared with the living room. The balcony has a four-person table and two side chairs for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes. Resort Amenities & Location: Enjoy two beautiful pools—one heated in cooler seasons—with poolside restrooms, outdoor showers, and loungers. You can also grab a bite or drink at The Deck restaurant without leaving the property. (Try the 9 oz. Boat Grouper with lemon sauce—my favorite!) Just across the street is a large park, playground, library, and tennis courts (where locals set up pickleball nets). The YMCA offers open play nights for pickleball as well. We are mid-island, meaning you're right in the middle of Tybee: walk south to the Pier or north to the Lighthouse. The beach in front of the condo is wide and less crowded, and there’s a gentle ramp over the dunes, perfect for strollers, carts, or wheelchairs. The best property that I have ever booked! Everything is provided from chairs and toys for the beach to shampoo and games. The condo was spotless! Just enough room The umbrella was broken so we had to rent umbrellas on the beach. We think the check out time of 10:00am was a little early especially with the little ones. The restaurant on site was very good. Access to the beach was very easy. Everything was available in kitchen. We are going to recommend to our friends. Host was very responsive throughout our entire stay and provided a list of recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. The rental was absolutely spotless and it was stocked with all of the essentials that we didn’t even know we needed! We loved how close it was to the beach. Our only complaint is that the booking boasts a heated pool, which is one of the reasons we picked it, but it was not heated our entire weekend (not the owners fault though).
