The furniture needs to be cleaned. Every chair in the dinning room had stains on them. The living room chairs were dirty and had holes on the arm rest. The couch was lumpy and old. The chairs on the front porch were old and dirty. Choosing chairs that can be wiped down would improve overall appearance of the house. The air conditioner worked well and we loved the location. Equipped for all beach life fun if that involves good meals and with good friends. Place to plug in a rented golf cart. It the house is simple but real.
