Enjoy, everything at you fingertips. Come relax, soak up some sun, swim in the 2 pools on the property, and just get away from the hustle and bustle. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the sunset. The space Our condo has a master suite with a queen size bed with smart tv connecting the bathroom and a bunk bed in the hall across from the master. We also have a couch that transforms into a full-size bed. Fully stocked kitchen including blender and crock pot and family room with large tv. Set on the balcony to a beautiful view. Guest access Walk straight onto the beach from the dock. The dock is a stair case to the beach. Outside shower available. Other things to note Please check your cancelation policy. We recommend travel insurance. We are on an island, and the weather can change, but we adhere to our cancelation policy. There are no dogs allowed on the beach or at the condo. no parties, no glass on the beach, no smoking on the beach, or in condo. Please obey all pool and beach rules. Also each unit gets 1 space for parking. Thank you. We do not allow golf carts but you can rent bikes at the bike rental places in the island. Please note we charge a $100 fine if checking out later than check out time. This puts our cleaning staff in a bad situation. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Delaney S. 7 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Quiet and perfect for a short stay Beach and pool are great accommodations, Melissa was easy to contact and deal with, the property doesn’t seem to care much about badging onto the site or the parking so I would say security is a little lax but because this is on North Beach it’s much quieter and safer for this than the other side. The pool and beach access are easy to find and great if you’re planning to bring your own food and entertainment. Would recommend to anyone! ##### Delaney S. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. Comfy bed with pretty much all of the tools you need. The only complaint we had is that the bedroom is adjacent to the hallway. The head of the bed is under the window. You hear every word spoken, every door slam, and every footstep that is made. Its probably not a problem for most families but if you want to sleep in or go to bed early, this is something to consider. We would stay again. ##### Jaime M. People in complex were so friendly, and kids loved the pool and looking for shells on the beach. Short drive to either Savannah or the south end of Tybee. ##### Megan H. The condo was clean and attractively decorated. The deck offers a partial ocean view, and the walk to the beach was maybe two minutes from condo to sand. We liked the quieter north beach and end of the island. The condo was well appointed, but could use a couple of towel bars or hooks in the bathroom, and maybe bedside tables/lamps. It was a great for two, and a family of four would be cozy but comfortable for a short stay We enjoyed our stay! ##### Corrie T. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Everything was clean and well stocked with necessities and appliances. The bathroom was very upscale looking.
