The beach was clean and not crowded at all. I had to give it 2 stars for cleanliness due to the fact that some of the dishes still had food in them from previous tenants. There are not many pots and pans to cook with. Also, there seems to be long time residents that just seemed to not be very considerate to others; one person was clipping their toe nails INTO the pool. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, and all toiletries. The balcony view is beautiful but hardly any breeze with no overhead fan. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. We have visited Tybee Island for several times over the past 4 years, 3 of those at Christmas time. This was our first time at this location. We really enjoyed it. We were happy with the condo overall. It was clean and well equipped. This unit has a great view of the beach, which is a stones throw away, 2 or 3 min walk from room. The pool is right at the bottom of the steps going up to the unit. The elevator is around the other side of the building, with a ramp if needed. The only issue we had was a lack of water pressure. Prepare for a long shower, because the pressure is not good. If you flush the toilet, the kitchen sink does little more than drip. Btw, the sleeper sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but it is a sleeping sofa! That said, we had a great time, and really enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the ships go in and out. If you’re looking for a small, basic condo and aren’t worried about all the frills, then this may be a good choice. (Except for the water pressure!) ##### Will D.
