A few signs of the overuse it gets, but considering how truly terrific the location is, it’s well worth the somewhat aged look. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. We visited in early May and didn't realize you had to call ahead to reserve beach chairs and umbrella or get up early to track down. Due to kids in school or labor shortages, this was an issue. I had to drive to reserve, pick up and drop off. So need to research before you go! ##### Susan M. View from the unit's terrace/living room and proximity to beach access points are both A+. Finishes in the unit are a bit dated, but I think that's reflected in the price point. Be sure to bring chairs, towels and other beach accessories. Not there is no oven as clearly stated. Bring shampoo, soap etc as well.
