It clearly states there are 4 bedrooms and there are 3 bedrooms and a loft off the 3rd, without a separate entrance. This was brought to the attention of the rental company and was requested to be resolved upon check in. We were told there were no 4 bedroom houses that we could be moved to, but that they would help to resolve it. Nothing was communicated until the next day when we received a call telling us they had several properties we could move to. At that point, the disruption would have been unacceptable and they never made any effort to resolve. I also informed them the upstairs sink was clogged and they said they would get someone to fix it. And again, never another word about that. If I had known this was a management company, Tybee Vacation Rentals, I never would have rented it through VRBO. It has been several days since our stay and no one from TVR has reached out. To say I am disappointed is a grave understatement. ETA-VRBO has removed this listing so I don't know if this review will even register. ##### Kathleen O.
