There was an issue with the AC when we checked in, however, they gave us an option to relocate prior to check in or wait less than 2 hours to get it repaired. We wanted this location because it was close to the beach. The air was fixed within 2 hours as promised. The property manager was very responsive and extremely professional. ##### Stacey B. It made for beautiful morning sunrises. It was the perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks while avoiding the crowded beach. ##### Tom C. Upon arrival, we had some issues, broken glass in drive way, no can opener or dust pan, these issues were reported and taken care of within an hour. Some areas for improvement, the weather stripping in the slider on top level needs replacement. Also, some of the outdoor furniture could use repair or replacement. Pool area was nice, but the tile was very slippery and HOT, at least give a warning to wear skid resistant shoes. ##### Carol L. Something for everyone to enjoy. Lots of space. Gorgeous sunrises over the water witnessed from 3rd floor deck. Magnificent view of sunsets from rooftop deck. Was not prepared for the flock of 30 pigeons that roost over the garage each evening. Quite a conversation starter with people walking by, but the birds made a mess of both our vehicle and the driveway. Furniture, including beds, was very comfortable and clean. Carpets, on the other hand, need a good cleaning. We had an issue with the water heater. Management was prompt in responding and addressing the issue. Will definitely be back! ##### Patricia C. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or should be replaced all together. Leaking faucet in the Jack-n-Jill bath. Had to call and get a carafe for the coffee pot. It's a challenge to make coffee when the carafe has a hole in the bottom. TV service with streaming channels is extremely disappointing. I never stayed anywhere that doesn't have a TV in all bedrooms. A bit deceiving with the 2 1/2 bath description. The bedroom located downstairs does not have access to a bathroom without climbing a flight of stairs. The owners have not developed a solution to eliminate the pigeon problem. We had to buy tarps to cover and protect our cars due to the pigeons poop. ##### Robin H. The views from the balconies were spectacular. One of the only properties on the beach which had 360 degree views of Tybee Island. Everything was clean and well kept. The only suggestion would be to add a tin roof above the front bay windows like the other two units. This would prohibit the pigeons congregating and eliminate the massive amount of pigeon droppings on the cars and entryway. ##### Eric H. The mornings were beautiful out on both 2nd and 3rd floor balconies! The stars and moon at night made this such a magical place to vacation! The town and condo were beautiful and peaceful. We couldn't have rented a better spot. The only downfall of the trip was getting stung by jelly fish twice in one day! ##### Leishia S.
