The private covered balcony is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the Island come to life! Just off the kitchen, you\`ll find a bright and cozy sunroom. Of course, guests should take time to take a dip in the shared rooftop pool. What\`s nearby: It is just under a half mile to Tybee Beach Pier, and that\`s just the beginning! Tybee Island Marine Science Center (also a half mile away) provides guided walks and the chance to learn about the fun animals of the region. Lots of great restaurants are within two miles of this condo, such as Wet Willie\`s and The Deck. Rent surfboards or pick up any beach necessities you need at Waves Surf Shop, just one block away. THINGS TO KNOW There will be a $150 fee for parking pass replacement. 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without permission. This rental is located on floor 3\.
