Nails sticking up on deck so couldn’t enjoy barefoot. Walkway planks worn (my husband fell thru one and was injured). Fridge missing shelves and leaking all over kitchen (leaking fixed on day 4). Filthy carpet and mold in bathroom. Reached out to VRBO but no resolution. I pay VRBO fees to prevent renting nasty condos and apparently for no benefit. This was an annual vacation with my Grandkids and it was diminished as a result of the terrible condo. Interacted with property manager several times and not once did the ask “how is your husband”? Also, the showers, AC and TV worked! However the condition of the condo and interior amenities was quite lacking. Some of the furniture inside and on the balcony was broken, horizontal blinds were missing and/or broken, paint was peeling off the bathroom door, the sofa bed was old and dirty and without a blanket for sleeping, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and the dilapidated refrigerator leaked water all over our food. Even the toilet paper holder fell off the vanity! Thank goodness the weather was good while we were there so we could enjoy the beach and get out of the disappointing place we'd rented..... ##### Kenneth J. The unit was fairly clean (did find an open candy bar under the bed) but otherwise fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furnishings are pretty worn but okay. The deck was very nice with high top chairs to see over the railing. The building needs some updating. The floors aren't well insulated, you can hear every step made by the people above and I'm sure our kids annoyed those below us. Good place for a quick weekend stay. ##### Cindy B. The beds were comfortable although the room that doesn’t have a king bed has no closet or dressers so our friend didn’t really have anywhere to put his things besides his floor. The inside is decent, but it could use some upkeep with paint to be more presentable. The outside balcony needed some work that I reported to the rental agency so hopefully it gets fixed such as some nail heads sticking out of the wood to where you could hurt yourself walking barefoot. Also some wood trim was hanging down from the ceiling on the outside balcony which they offered to come fix while we were there, but we wanted to just wait until after so we could have privacy. ##### William C. Furniture and amenities were fine. There was a problem with shower handles, and the management had the situation fixed promptly. While we spent a lot of time in Savannah, there is plenty to do in Tybee. The unit is on the beach, providing beautiful sunrises, and views of dolphins while we were there. There was plenty of room in the unit. The main issue we had was that being on the 2nd floor we could certainly hear the family above us on the 3rd floor quite a bit - one group of guys were very noisy for a while. ##### Dennis C. The bedroom carpets were dirty and worn and need to be replaced or removed for vinyl or laminate. The appliances, bathrooms, furniture, and decor need to be updated. The views from the covered patio were fantastic but it wasn’t clean, one of the screens was laying on the ground, the tables and chairs were dirty and in need of repair, and the door lock was broken and didn’t work. We called management about the screen and broken lock the first day, but no one came to take care of them. ##### Eric H. Location is in a good area, never felt scetchy or uneasy " it is the better part of town". The only negative I have out of our whole experience was no broom, the elevator was broken and we had ants (because we didn't have a way to sweep) & the tv in the master has no volume. Your staying on the beach so your going to track sand in pretty much every trip and no way to sweep (we had to use a wet towel )!!! If we stay in Tybee again this will deff be at the top of the list! Super nice/safe location! ##### Randi G.
