There is a half-bath on this level (combination half-bath and laundry room). There is also a "Tybee must-have" - an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which offers privacy for getting rid of the daily beach sand after a fun day at the beach. The lower level also includes a nice area for guests to gather with abundant seating and storage areas. There was plenty of room and it was a great house. I will advise anyone to be super clear they understand the Tybee island rules about parking, dogs and golf carts. They love to give tickets. After a long drawn out process of getting it registered, we were given no instruction or indication of the designated Crossing points. Turns out if you have a golf cart, you can’t park it at this house because here is no access point to that side of the road for crossing and it leads to a 300 fine. We love Tybee and the house was amazing. Just find someone with “correct” information that works for Tybee and get a clear understanding of “all the ways” they can write tickets. ##### Charlie B.
