Booking in November we splurged for this place due to the hot tub and firepit in the backyard. Upon arrival the hot tub was literally green and smelled like something died. The firepit also did not work. My kids were heartbroken. After some phone calls they did the right thing and refunded our stay and we rented another house on the island. It was just my husband and me, but it does sleep 4\. It would be a little too cozy if you were forced to spend a lot of time i side with 4\. Kitchen has everything we needed, except for a paring knife, which was missing from the knife block. I think the shower head is a water saver, but I would have liked a little more water from it. Make sure you have hand soap, as it isn't provided. Bed is quite comfortable, but felt a bit tilted. Loved the little storage shelf in the bathroom. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. The little backyard was nice...bring charcoal if you don't want to pay the high prices at the local stores. ##### Stacey P. This property space was in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Place was super clean with a cute beachy feel, although the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the driveway floods completely when it rains. Overall, our experience was good but just prepare yourself for the uncomfortable bed and hopefully it’s not raining when unloading/loading the car because you will be up to your ankles in water. ##### Sloan B. Many rentals have an odor from age but this unit was fresh and nicely updated. We also loved the little backyard with pecan tree comfortable outdoor furniture. The bed was not comfortable and difficult to sleep in. Everything else was over the top. Whoever decorated the space does great work. The location is convenient to the southern part of Tybee Island. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The kitchen and dining table at the house were small, but perfect size for us to cook and eat meals together.
