Coops Retreat Unit B is a welcoming Tybee vacation home that stretches along the lower half of an oceanside Tybee home. This vacation cottage's floor plan features a large, central living space. Off of the main area, several doorways lead to additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a laundry room.  
  
The main living space pairs airy neutrals with bright pops of color. The pale wooden floors and white paneled walls beautifully reflect all the natural light from the bank of windows that runs along the home. Cheerful furniture and wall art in shades of red, green, and yellow add a touch of fun. White rattan furniture compliments the color scheme and adds a beachy atmosphere to the vacation home.  
  
The living room has a sofa and two plush armchairs where you can sit back and relax. While you're spending time with loved ones indoors, you can watch a favorite movie on the flatscreen television or gather around the coffee table to play a board game. The open floorplan also contains a dining area. Four chairs around a table create the perfect spot for a dinner party or a snack.

Along the back wall of the living space is a fully equipped kitchen. Our Tybee Island vacation homes come with everything you need to make fantastic meals. You can whip up a stir fry on the stove, reheat leftovers in the microwave, or bake dessert in the oven. There's a coffee maker and toaster for your breakfast, and the refrigerator and freezer can hold weeks' worth of groceries. Inside the cabinets, you'll find cups, dishes, utensils, pans, and other cooking essentials. We even provide a dishwasher to make cleanup as convenient as possible.  
  
Coops Retreat Unit B is one of our mid-sized vacation rentals Tybee Island GA. The home comfortably sleeps four people in two rooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and flatscreen television, and the other has two twin-sized beds and a nightstand. Both bedrooms come with ceiling fans, clothing storage, and cheerful decor.

You'll be so close to the water you can hear the waves and seagulls, and a few steps take you to the sand. The beach next to Coops Retreat Unit B is Mid Beach. Those who get to stay at Tybee vacation rentals in this area get to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and sports like surfing.  
  
Tybee's renowned South Beach is less than a mile away. This is the part of town known for its exciting attractions. You can shop at charming spots like Beach Bum Boutique or grab a tasty treat from Sweet Dreams Ice Cream. There are plenty of dining options, ranging from upscale spots like Raw Ingredients to classic comfort food from Sunrise Restaurant. South Beach is also a great spot for exploring the nightlife. Places like Fannie's on the Beach and Benny's Tybee Tavern offer tasty drinks, live music, and dancing.  
  
A short drive from Coops Retreat Unit B lets you enjoy a variety of other fun activities. On the north part of the island, there are some interesting educational options. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

This is a good place to stay. Close to the beach, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. You are in the lower part of the house so you will hear the people upstairs but didn’t bother me. The only complaint would be the bed. The whole thing needs replacing. Really rough on our backs. Overall, I didn’t pay for a five star resort so I did not expect one.

#### Nice beach getaway

Everything is as described, rented this unit because it was close to where my other family was staying. It had everything that I needed. The Southern Belle staff kept in contact via text and email to ensure my stay was perfect!Check in/out was simple and the detailed instructions covered everything. Did use the pool one day and it was wonderful. Definitely worth it!

#### Very disappointed...

My family and I travel frequently and always use VRBO for accommodations. We've never been disappointed until now. Traveler reviews are very important when choosing a place. Unfortunately, those were missing when I booked this property. I figured it was because it was a new listing. The photos show a clean, bright, spacious apartment and the description lists everything we were looking for in a location that seemed perfect, so even though it cost more than I was originally hoping to spend, I took a chance and booked it. The property is roomy, and the location is great - just steps from a beautiful beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's walking distance to fun shops and restaurants and an IGA is about 2 blocks away. Unfortunately, the rest is all negative. Inside, it's noisy and completely rundown. The toilet whines when flushed. The AC is very loud. The twin-bed bedroom's ceiling fan clicks so loudly it's unusable. You can hear everything the upstairs renters are doing. When they turn their hall light on, it illuminates the living room due to the large gap under the thin door that separates you from them. The window screens are torn, and all the blinds are broken, many with missing slats. Unnerving since it's a street-level apartment with many windows, and anyone can look in. In the queen-bed bedroom, the wall-socket is pulled out from the wall, exposing wires and the TV in there is unusable since there's no service to it. Only three of the stove's burners work, the fourth being completely detached. Toaster oven is also broken. The wobbly old dryer works, but the washing machine doesn't. There's no drying rack for dishes and I had to call for an ironing board and dustpan to be delivered. Lastly, even though we found a big ball of lint and used men's boxer briefs in the laundry room, there was nothing provided anywhere for use at the beach. How does one list a beach house and not provide even a single beach towel? For the price this place rents for, one would think they could afford to spend a few dollars on some towels and maybe a couple of beach chairs. Hint - Walmart sells a 2-pack of towels for under $10. This place has so much wasted potential. It felt like nothing more than a slapped-together, money-grab for the owner, doing as little upkeep as possible, but still getting a premium price. My family enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island and would love to return, but not to this property.

#### Good Convenient Property

The house looked exacted as the pictures. It included some household necessities, so we didn't have to put up much from the store. The beach access and how easy it was to get there was the selling point. It felt like our own little part of the beach, since there wasn't many people.

Based on cost of the stay - place could use some repairs. Cap on bathroom sink came off, kitchen faucet very loose, washer and dryer functioning but barley and could use new blinds. Small amount of money could make the place nice.
