You have your own private deck off the room, it's perfect to have a cocktail on & unwind, and enjoy free streaming your favorite Netflix & Hulu accounts! Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. Guest will get ONE FREE street parking pass! Regardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island. All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals. \*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, and age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. It is very close to the beach, and you get a sticker to put in your car for free parking, as there is NO free parking on the island. The room is quite small, but we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. The bed is comfortable and the aircon works well. ##### Brandon L. The layout of the room maximizes the available space. It’s small, cozy and perfect for two. The bed is super comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The water pressure was also good. The location is perfect— steps to the beach or a short walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed riding bikes around the island. We would stay here again! ##### Aaron H. From her detailed and prepared check in process to prompt responses to our queries, Jenny is one cool gal. My wife and I really enjoyed the simplicity of this little gem; most importantly, we loved being able to walk just a few feet (roughly 300 ft) to the beach. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy some peaceful beach relaxation! ##### Robert K. The location cannot be beaten. So close to beach and Butler and Tybrisa St eateries, bars, and convenience store, and the very excellent Java and Jujce! The studio is cramped. I think removal of some furniture would be great. No use for the antique dresser, oversized chair, and too many dust-collecting items like silk flowers and throw pillows that cannot be laundered between guests. The bed isn’t comfy but it’s functional. I’d be apt to re-book if the mattress was updated, the linens freshened up and the dowdy and dusty extras were removed. The outside courtyard is lovely. Check-in and out was a breeze. Overall a positive experience, just needs a few tweaks to be five stars. Cheers! ##### Tracy P. Very short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Savannah if you’re heading that way. The room was perfect for the two of us. The patio area was adorable and a great spot to sip coffee or relax and read between other activities. ##### Amanda B.
