It was an easy walk to the beach and eateries. The neighborhood was quit, felt safe. Easy walk to the pool which was very nice. Location is great and 3-4 houses down from the beach. Looks like the homes on the street are being renovated which is needed for a few of them next door. Home was beautifully decorated and clean. Technically each bedroom/ side has its own closed-in patio and sitting area with a joint living room in the middle. So if not the whole party wants to go to bed early you can split up with ease. Washer, dryer, beautiful decor, all updated and contemporary, an older property in the best part of Tybee newly redone. 3 minutes walk from the beach. ##### Angelika O. The house was VERY clean. Love two closed-in porches. Great for sitting "outside" when it is cold outside. Easy to park. Will book it again next time we will go to Tybee Island. We loved it but it most certainly would have had enough space for all of us. It was exactly as advertised and the walk to the beach was quick. Shopping and food aren’t a far walk either, saving parking money. Another tip, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach! ##### Marla R. We knew the weather is still cooler in March so we didn’t plan on spending every day at the beach. But it was a quick walk to the beach when we did go and a short drive into Savannah for fun day trip activities. The VRBO was clean and spacious. Cute decor. Functional kitchen space (we did cook a lot). Excellent communication from property manager and smooth checkin/checkout process per instructions provided. No complaints. ##### Tina K.
