Welcome to Tybee Sands 2A. This charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located just two buildings back from the main beach. Accommodating up to six guests, this getaway is within easy walking distance of the Tybee Pier, shops, restaurants, and some of the island’s best events.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, inviting space designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living area includes a cozy sitting space with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The dining area seats four and flows easily into the fully equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals with ease.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, breezeway access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Parking was great but if you’re space is next to stairwell you do not have the luxury of a straight in entrance which makes it difficult to enter if cars next to you aren’t parked all the way inside.

Great stay overall. Good comminication, easy no-contact check-in, very responsive to issues (property management responded immediately and spent hours resolving cable issues and making sure the living room and primary bedroom TVs were operational). Property as advertised, clean, very walkable location close to 18th Street beach access. Free parking below unit for up to 2 vehicles, but it's a tight squeeze. We parked a minivan and had a tough time avoiding columns while backing out - could not imagine doing it with 2 cars in the spot. Things to keep in mind: No pool. No beach chairs, towels, or toys included. No spices, coffee, pantry staples, etc. included. One puzzle, no board games. Very small cleaning starter pack only and minimal bath towels considering the property sleeps 6. Overall, great property management company (Tybee Island Rentals) and nice property. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay at this unit again.

Comfortable and close to everything

Property was exactly as shown and reasonably priced for the area. We contacted Tybee Rental ahead of time to alert them to our late arrival and had no problem getting our check in pkg when we got in. This condo is located in what we called an "alley" - there is no beach view - but as promised the beach and everything Tybee South is within close walking distance. It was quiet and very comfortable the dates we were there. Condo does not provide "beach" stuff...BYO towels etc...We would definitely recommend and stay in this rental again.

Property definitely needs updating. I did not sleep at night because of the think walls and floors. I could hear my neighbors in their bathroom, on the toilet. We could hear people’s entire conversations.

Perfect Getaway

This location was picture-perfect. It was within walking distance of lots of commercial businesses as well as the beach. There were balconies in the living room and both bedrooms. From the bedroom balcony, you can look down on the neighbor's beautiful, zen swimming pool that changes colors. The only this I was disappointed in was no basic seasoning such as salt/pepper. When you shop, you completely forget about that. I 100% recommend!

A wonderful condo perfect for us and our daughter and son-in-law. Great location, clean, easy to get to, and the check-in/out process was easy as you'd ever want it to be. A very nice 'home away from home' for the week.

A good time in Tybee

Close to the beach, perfect size for 3 adults, close to restaurants and shopping. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. But everything was clean.
