This beautifully maintained three-unit condo building offers easy beach access via a short walkway, plus an outdoor hose station so you can rinse off sandy feet and beach gear after a day in the sun.  
  
Each condo occupies an entire level of the building: Unit 1 on the first floor, Unit 2 on the middle floor, and Unit 3 on the top floor. The elevator opens directly into your condo, making arrival, unloading, and grocery trips a breeze. You’ll also enjoy covered parking for up to three cars only, keeping your vehicles shaded and protected.  
  
Inside, the floor plan is open, bright, and ideal for gathering:  
  
Bedroom 1: King-size bed  
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed  
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds  
Living Room: Cable TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, and access to the main living spaces
