Enjoy free parking at the property and walk to your destination. Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy an elevated stay on the south end of Tybee Island. Come enjoy all Tybee island has to offer in the comfort of this newly furnished and renovated space for your beach getaway! This property is a duplex. This is the listing for the downstairs unit. There may be guests staying above you during your stay. There is a private entrance and patio. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as an open concept kitchen and dining area and comfortable living area with two slip covered sofas. There is parking for two cars available with this unit. Guests will be provided with a code for keyless entry to the unit. Please note that check in instructions are sent 24 hours prior to check in (4pm the day prior to your arrival). This property is located on the south end of Tybee Island, a 3 minute walk to the pier, south beach, and the main strip of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. This property is located on a private road and provides free parking walking distance to your destinations. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of Unit A. I loved the pics of the property before the reno. The upgrades were excellent. We were less than a block away from the beach and easily walked down each morning to watch the sunrise.
