It was clean and comfortable with good amenities. Location is everything and for a stay on the north side of the island you cannot beat this one. We loved having a place that was not too far from the beach and included a space for parking. The unit was clean and the AC worked well. The only things I would mention is the sofa is not very comfortable for being able to relax and watch a show at the end of the day and the curtains felt a bit too sheer for privacy. It was clean, however we heard rodents running around in the attic several times. The second issue (really just something to be aware of, you may not mind) is that the walls are PAPER thin. I’m a heavy sleeper and have never had a problem with this, but it was kind of ridiculous. We heard every little thing happening with the other guests staying in the building.
