Comfortably sleeping up to seven guests, this classic coastal retreat is perfectly situated just four houses from the shore on one of the island’s best beach access streets, offering easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy wonderful outdoor living with multiple spaces designed to soak in the island breeze and salty air. Relax on the large screened porch, unwind in the enclosed sleeping porch, or bask in the sun on the adjacent open deck. The property itself was another story. Everything was outdated from the size of the tv to the non-working stove to the linens. The caterpillars were a little ridiculous and excessive, to the point where it felt like they were living with us. There was an additional "sunroom" off the living room that wasn't temperature controlled and seemed like wasted space. You couldn't spend time in it with the exception of coming in from the beach and leaving your towels, floats, etc. on the way in to the home. It was apparent the owner was trying to save money in many aspects of the home and it showed. Bathrooms were fairly small and cramped, especially for a "master bath." I wouldn't recommend it and you could probably find a better deal just as close to the beach for a bit more(or even less) money.
