Enjoy luxury and comfort in this beautifully-designed five-bedroom home just a few blocks from beach and Tybee Pier! This space has an open floor plan, new furnishings, and plenty of natural light. Whether you’re traveling with family or on business, this stylish home is the perfect place for easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and attractions. 5 Min Walk to 8th Street Beach Access 2 Min Drive to Pier 5 Min Walk to Tybee Park Experience Tybee Island With Us & Learn More Below! All interaction will be via your booking platform, email or phone. The house is in the perfect location in the middle of town. Close enough to walk to the beach and park or drive a golf cart to all the local spots. This bright beach cottage is situated right off Butler Avenue. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, marsh or park. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to on the Island, you’re only a brief walk or cart ride away. As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home including the upstairs apartment (accessible via exterior staircase). This includes access to the four beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, front porch, side-yard with fire pit, fast wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more in the main house and an additional sitting area with TV, kitchenette, full bath and 3 more beds in the apartment. Anchored on 8th is a beach cottage that has been completely restored. With 4 BD | 2 BR layout in the main house, there is also a separate apartment with it’s own exterior entrance. The open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with plenty of seating and a smart TV, and a dining table equipped for 6\. The apartment sleeps 4 (king bed, 2 twin beds), has its own full bath, Kitchenette and sitting area with a TV. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The exterior has 3 porches: the front porch has a ceiling fan with a bench and rocking chairs, the side porch has a grill with a pub table and bar stools and the apartment has its own landing with a sitting area. All perfect spots to enjoy a cup of coffee and smell the salt air. Lastly the side yard is equipped with a gas fire pit, adirondack chairs and string lights. \-4 Parking spaces provided at the house \-golf carts can be rented to get around the island \-easily walk to the public beach access on 8th Street \-bike or walk to the pier \-taxi service is available on the Island in addition to Uber and Lyft We comply and exceed all COVID-19 Airbnb sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest. Jana was a perfect host and responded quickly to all communication. We were a total of 11 people and rented the entire house including the apartment.
