On Tybee Island's northern tip, your dream vacation home awaits. This family-friendly home is ideal for gathering your active family or a group of close friends for some outdoor sun and fun! This home is only a few steps from the beach and has stunning views of the bay from its two levels of outdoor decks. Swim and relax in the sun with an all-new heated pool and patio area, which includes a 16'W X 26'L X 4' deep swimming pool. Tybee evenings can be rounded out with a gathering around the outdoor firepit. The home's main living level is on the second floor. The living room opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining. For entertainment, there is a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with a Bluetooth soundbar in the living room. The open dining and kitchen area is a great place to socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two seats at the breakfast bar. The dining table can seat up to ten people. This main level also includes a bedroom (bedroom 3) with two double beds and an attached full bathroom, which is also accessible via the hall. The top level of the home features a beautifully appointed main bedroom suite. You will not want to leave the room as you gaze over the Savannah River and watch ships pass by, watch dolphins play, and seabirds dive into the water. The bedroom has a King-size bed, with convenient charging ports on the bedside tables, and an additional twin-over-double bunk bed tucked away in an adjoining space. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful all-new walk-in shower with dual vanities. The second guest bedroom on the third level is furnished with a King Size bed and also has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The home's ground level has everything you need to fully enjoy Tybee's coastal weather! There is a seating area on the covered porch, as well as an impressive hot and cold outdoor shower with a foot wash. Relax with a cold beverage around the firepit after a long day of beachcombing and swimming, or enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage. A pathway leading over dunes to the quiet beaches of Tybee's north end leads to the shared beach. The beach on the north end has a very natural beach setting; it is tranquil and serene. The Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean here. The beautiful white sand beach is reached via a soft sand path. Spend your days strolling along the beach while large ships pass through the channel. This is an excellent location for birdwatching and watching dolphin pods play in their natural habitat. This home offers in-home WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of the reservation. (Not available in January and February). We will never book with Tybee Vacation Rentals again! Stayed at “Beach Diggs” last year and had a wonderful time. So much so, we booked the same location this year. After a hot, 9 hour drive, my kids were super excited to jump in the pool. At 4:30 pm, we arrived and saw the pond out back. Green, cloudy, filthy water. I’m not joking, my daughter pulled a live frog out of it. The pool was disgusting and unusable. We called, texted and e-mailed Tybee Vacation Rentals. Struggled to get anyone to answer our queries! They finally did and said they would fix the pool right away. That was a lie. It didn’t happen Saturday or Sunday. They came Monday evening. The pool cleaning vendor that finally arrived told me it was in bad shape and would require more time to clean. We were able to use the pool on Wednesday night, our last night at the property. Numerous rentals close by that were significantly less expensive but we wanted the pool. WE WERE ROBBED. I would caution you not to book with Tybee Vacation Rentals. Once they have your cash, they couldn’t care less about your stay! Less than a 2 min walk to the beach so it was very easy to walk my young son back and forth. This part of the island is quiet and the beach was not very busy even in the height of the summer season. There were 7 of us in our group and we could’ve fit a few more in the house. There were lots of outdoor entertaining options on the outside of the property. The management company texted and emailed lots of information before, during and after the trip. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it! ##### Danielle B. The house was spacious enough for 7 of us and the location was perfect! We stayed in and cooked most nights and there was plenty of cookware available! My family of 5 + 2 grandparents stayed here to enjoy some beach time and visit Savannah. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The beach access was very convenient (only one house from the beach). The beach was beautiful and very quiet. We saw TONS of dolphins! The house has a great location and some parts are updated BUT there’s so much that needs repair or maintenance. We rented the first of April, this early in the season we were very surprised at how dirty things were in general.
