Boasting an outdoor patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, this condo is a comfortable and upscale space for families, couples, and friends to vacation on Tybee. This condo is located on the first floor above the parking garage (there is elevator access as well as stairs). The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed. The living, dining, and kitchen area are open concept and fully stocked with items you may need throughout your stay such as a drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. There is a private patio with outdoor seating. Downstairs there is a shared picnic area with charcoal grills. Guests must purchase their own charcoal. Guests will be provided with a door code for keyless entry in their check in instructions. Check in instructions are sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. The property provides private, free parking in the parking garage for up to 2 vehicles maximum. Additional vehicles must park in the metered parking on the street. Close to the beach and walking to plenty of the places. Location of shared pool was not ideal but fine, pool shared with lots of other guests in another hotel. The only downfall was the AC did not cool lower then 77 degrees during the day, just couldn't keep up with GA heat but was fine at night and early morning it got down to 73. ##### Deana D.
