Our two story condo is situated close to the end of Butler Avenue and is located in a quieter and more family-friendly area that offers easy beach access with no roads to cross. We think our location makes our home one of the best places to stay while you’re on the island. Within two or three minutes of stepping out the front door, you can be dipping your toes in the ocean, exploring the marsh side of the island or fishing from the back river pier. A five minute walk will take you to the shops in “downtown” Tybee, the Pier or one of a number of bars and restaurants located on the beach front and Tybrisa.

The home itself has 2 floors and is only accessible via stairs at the moment. It can comfortably sleep 8-10 and is laid out as follows:
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with a modern kitchen and dining area.
• Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with HD flat screen TV & a private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 is a great room for kids and has 2 twin beds and its own HD flat screen TV
• Bedroom 3 is off the living room with a very comfortable queen size futon.
The first floor also has a wrap-around porch that’s a perfect place to sit at the end of a long day at the beach, as well as a comfortable sofa and armchair to watch TV.

The loft suite is located on the second floor and offers 2 queen beds, a full bath, a washer and dryer and also provides access to two decks with a fantastic view of the back river. Definitely the perfect place for a quiet escape!

Our property is a two story condo. Our unit provides covered parking for 2 cars with room for an additional 1-2 vehicles. Complementary WiFi is also available.

Our stay was for a Bach trip. We had an amazing time. Great location and communication, but we did find 3 roaches. The host said the house was due to be sprayed. Overall, the place could use some TCL. Missing some hangers, the deadbolt lock, and the couches had stains. The walls had many marks and tape on them. It just wasn’t the cleanest. The host did let us have a late checkout for the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay if you can over look some of the other stuff.

We were very pleased with everything and plan to stay here again in the future. The only suggestion I have is to either replace or clean the couch and loveseat. There were a lot of stains on the seats which made us not want to sit on them. Everything else was wonderful!

Property was great for 6 gals. Everyone had their own bed. The weather didn’t cooperate with out trip so we had a lot of time to sit on the porch and catch up. Walking distance to beach and beach front dining. We did rent a golf cart so that we could go to some places on the north end.

This was a great option for what we needed for our short trip. It was a great location for walking to local bars and the beach! I will say, we were only there for a total of 3 days and that was plenty enough for us. The kitchen items (ie. plates, pans, utensils, bowls) were old and poor quality. The couch was stained and had crusted food on it. The bedroom right off of the living room that looked to be meant for an office had a pocket door that was falling off the tract and did not close properly. They did not leave us any trash bags other than the one in the can, which with 6 people was filled on day 1. The electric door handle was malfunctioning and would not lock unless played with (possibly user error but figured I’d mention). The dining room chairs had caked on food on the backs of them. Overall, great property but the cleaners need to do a better job.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, die Lage ist ein Traum, sehr nah zum Strand und zu kleinen Geschäften sowie Restaurants. Abstriche gibt es für den Aufzug, der leider immer noch nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten jemand mit Krücken dabei, was leider sehr kompliziert war. Außerdem hatten wir 3 Kakerlaken in der Wohnung! Die Kommunikation mit Alan war super und am nächsten Tag kam direkt der Kammerjäger. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Handtücher war leider auch nicht so gut.

This was a much needed "Girls Trip" and the house did not disappoint! We had everything we needed, the location was fantastic. We were close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away that we could enjoy a quiet restful time when desired. The house was lovely and we would definitely stay again. The only issue was the dishwasher. The top rack needs to be fixed so it doesn't fall down when loading. Otherwise, a top notch trip!

Rented property with belief there was an elevator. Contacted a few weeks ago that it was out. Not enough time to find another place (booked a year ago). I have severe knee issues. The stairs were a lot. Saw in comments elevator was also down in 2021. Is it ever operational? Many dishes in cupboard and drawers had food on them. . Great location, although saying you’re on the beach in 2-3 min is a stretch. Parking situation is also nice. And you are not far from shops, stores or restaurants. To accommodate 10 people, you need more towels and wash cloths ( only one per bathroom) and 5 hangers for the whole condo is sad. Could use another couch. Minor problems. Overall we really liked it- cute decor, many extras included, great location.

Property location was on point, close walk to everything and far enough away for a restful nights sleep. Property owner was quick to respond to any issues that arose and address them as needed. Only cons: if working remotely internet was subpar. Elevator wasn’t working ( we were notified in advance), 3rd floor was really only an issue when settling in, leaving or when carrying things. We would definitely chose this property again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to the beach is so convenient - just a short couple of minute walk and don't have to worry about figuring out where to park. The beach was great for kids and there are restaurants close by as well. We also enjoyed taking a boat ride to see dolphins and explore the island. The condo had several helpful conveniences like trash bags, paper towels, etc., cooking utensils and dishes, which was an added bonus.

Our Girl Scout troop had a great time staying at this property. It was well-suited for our needs in terms of beds, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, and spaces for dining and relaxing. It was in a great location on Tybee. We appreciated the opportunity to stay all together and cook meals instead of staying in hotels in Savannah - and be near the beach. Be advised that the parking is quite narrow (2 cars back to back underneath the unit, with only inches to spare on either side of side mirrors). There is a space for one vehicle not under the building, but if you have multiple ones, be aware it is a tight squeeze (we made it without incident other than some tense moments). We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was perfectly suited to our needs.

When we arrived after a 12 hour drive, the house had not been cleaned. Thank goodness we arrived early enough in the evening to find this out. We were not able to check in until after 8 pm due to the home being cleaned because of a mix-up on the owner's part. Having said that, the owner had no empathy for this situation suggesting that we go out to dinner and when we return the place would be clean. I asked if he would be comping us any for this inconvenience as that seemed like the right thing to do. A later text stated "you want a reimbursement for what might be a 4 - 8 hour delay. And it's not that you can't be there enjoying the balcony and putting away your food. You can probably go ahead and start cooking." He suggested that we use the balcony and start cooking while the cleaners were there. It wasn't until I contacted VRBO and got a case number that he would even entertain anything I was asking and offered an apology for his mix-up. Not a way to do business bud. PRO's - the house is 2 blocks from the beach. CON's - the house needs some pest control. We killed several bugs throughout the week. There is a towel hook in the main floor bathroom that keeps falling down when you hang/remove a towel and it’s not a lightweight hook. There is a missing baluster on the second floor balcony (a child could fit through the opening) so it’s dangerous. Also the bedroom overhead light in the 1st floor bedroom with the queen bed closest to the balcony needs replaced (it does not work/bulb is blown). Wi-Fi is extremely slow so if you plan on doing any remote work, you're out of luck. This is a 3rd floor unit and the elevator is broke (which we found out about 3 weeks before our arrival). I understand this last one is not the owners fault but just an FYI. By the time we found out, it was too late to book another place. I sent this list to the owner on our last day but never heard anything back. Won't be renting from VRBO's again unless it's a last resort.

We enjoyed our trip to Tybee Island. Everything was close by.... the beach, food, shopping and the lighthouse. Our ladies trip was more enjoyable knowing we were staying in a safe neighborhood.

Nice rental with plenty of room for our family stay. The beds were very comfortable (which often is not the case with rentals, so we were pleasantly surprised). The kitchen is small, but is doable. The location is great, on the south end of the island. Overall, I would recommend this rental. And I would happily stay here again.

Celebrating our friend was a dream here at this location on Tybee Island. We were walking distance from the beach and several other dining destinations including a small street with fun evening attractions. We were there on a holiday weekend, but want to let anyone know that Uber and Lyft aren't always available so I would recommend driving yourself. The space of the condo was PERFECT! The layout, the amount of sleeping space, the patios and even the homey decor were all parts of making our first weekend in Georgia so memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to this easily accessible, well kept property. Alan the owner was responsive to VRBO messages and email. Location was perfect for the beach and while we did not go out to eat, there were plenty of options if we had wanted to in walking distance!

The property was as expected. We had plenty of room for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook several meals there. We had an issue with the refrigerator shortly after arriving , and the owner was quick to respond and bring another refrigerator. The property is close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. We walked almost everywhere we went. Tybee Island is a unique beach and made a very memorable trip. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

We spent 6 days here and this place was perfect for our family! We had 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 5. The L shape porch was just awesome to hang out on. It was a short walk to everything we needed. Gas stations, restaurants, bars. The owner was sooo helpful and very timely with his responses when I had questions. Would highly recommend this place!!
