Playroom and another bath downstairs. Relax in the screen porch with a drink, while you grill you fresh seafood you just caught. After a day of boating and dolphin watching come home to a nice clean newly renovated rental house. This house is two story with lots of windows overlooking a nice lagoon. Bird watch as you have your dinner from the dining area. Our rental house has a king size bed in the first bedroom, two full size in the second and a queen in the third bedroom. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony deck. Plenty of parking here on this dead end street. The rental is kid friendly. The downstairs has a great play room for the kids to hang out. The second bathroom is downstairs. There is also an outside shower to rinse off. We had plenty of room and had a spare bedroom. The house was very nice and had everything we could need. The owner was accessible and let us know if we could get in early. The location was great too. The house had plenty of furniture and was very comfortable. The basement was bonus room if anyone wanted to play some pool and had an extra bathroom with shower. Coming here flying for the first time, we were nervous about having to buy all of the entertainment for our kids…. However this house came fully stocked with all of the beach toys and more. There is a bike shop just about two blocks away, so that was perfect. The house was just as described, and very well stocked and updated. There were only a couple of housekeeping notes that I shared with the owner directly, but otherwise it was cleaned very well. As mentioned in other reviews, the second bathroom is downstairs, which has to be accessed from outside. It didn't affect us at all as there were only two of us, and we never needed to use both at the same time. The outside bench on the marsh is so peaceful. I enjoyed taking my coffee there every morning to watch the big white bird that became my friend. I have named him Ronald if you see him :-) Tip: there are a few beach items in the downstairs area that was a big help for us. There were a couple of beach mats that we borrowed since we forgot ours back home. It saved us from having to purchase anything. Ample parking at the house. Its a short walk to the beach, but it would be better if there was parking closer to the beach. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing here, and the beach wasn't touristy and packed like some I have visited. Dolphins were out playing everyday and so were the crabs.
