There are beach toys for small children, umbrellas with anchors, a buggy to carry things, beach towels and blankets. 4 bikes in various sizes and a toddler seat are also available for free use. The backyard has 2 covered furnished patios, one for outdoor dining with a wall mounted tv and seating for 6 with a chaise lounge. The other is set up like an outdoor living room/lounge area with a wall mounted tv, seating for 9-10, an outdoor charcoal grill upon request and a wood burning fire pit with seating for 4. An outdoor shower is also available inside the fence near the rear stairwell to get the excess sand off of you from the beach before you enter the house. Enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days while relaxing under the carport with 3 tables and seating for 12. There is free off street parking for 4-6 cars on the property. 2 vehicles in the front and 4 vehicles on the driveway to the gray fence. The house is 5 blocks, an 8 minute walk from the beach, 3 blocks from the grocery store, bars and restaurants.
