This is the lower level apartment in a larger cottage style home. The living room is warm and inviting and has ample space to accommodate guests. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two dining areas, with a combined seating of up to 15 people. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and the hallway. There is a half bath/powder room off the kitchen which also offers a washer and dryer. Wifi is available. Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced backyard a gas grill, and a corn hole/bean bag toss game perfect for cookouts! Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Handicap friendly (ground level, not ADA compliant). This apartment is the ground floor apartment in a larger cottage home. Need more space?
