• Location: The cabin is located off Highway 189 – one of the first to be plowed during snowfalls. However, this main road can be busy and noisy at times.

• Most streets lack sidewalks, so please exercise caution when walking on the mountain roads.

Winter Season (Nov-May):
The San Bernardino Mountains can see heavy snow. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, and snow chains are required. The driveway may become icy, so be prepared with chains or a 4WD vehicle. For safety, consider travel insurance for possible road closures. Snow shovels, an ice scraper, and driveway salt are provided. Our cancellation policy applies as agreed.

We loved our stay, and so did the pups! This was our first Verbo, and Jacob went above and beyond as a host, making our visit a great experience. My husband and I work quite a bit, and because we have so many dogs, it's not always easy to travel. We were very pleased to find a cabin that allowed 3 dogs. Livingston Cabin is located in a prime location, minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and even a Starbucks. It's about 10 mins (or less) from Arrowhead Lake Village. The location is very private, even though there are neighbors around. It's off the main road, so the driveway is a little intimidating since it's on a hill, but you get the hang of it. What was also nice was that the home had pretty much everything you needed to make you feel at home. Very thought out and pet friendly. They even had a pet bed, pet bowls, and a pet station near the front door, which was super convenient. We can't wait to go back with friends to watch a movie under the stars, play games on the first floor, and BBQ on the deck. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We appreciate the memories! My family had a great stay! The weather didn't cooperate so we were stuck indoors for 2 days, but we still had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean & cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked which made meal prep a breeze. The place is pet friendly which helped our dog to settle in quickly. There were a ton of games to play which helped keep everyone entertained. We did get a chance to use the jacuzzi when there was a break in the rain and it was so relaxing to hang out there while watching a movie. It’s a great setup! The beds and upstairs sofa were very comfy and the showers were hot with good water pressure. Our host was kind and communicative and we felt at home during our stay. The parking was a little tricky because of the steep driveway so be mindful of that. I think the description stated parking for one vehicle but we were able to fit a Kia Sedona and a VW Jetta. The listing mentions that the cabin is close to a main road and it is, but noise wasn't an issue at all. Definitely recommend this place for a getaway in the mountains!

We were very fortunate to stay in this lovely home. Cozy is the word that would best describe our stay. The beds were comfortable, the wood-burning fireplace kept us warm, and the strong WiFi kept us connected. Our host was gracious, and was responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed the close proximity to trails, restaurants and the village. We highly recommend this property to any family looking to feel comfortable and safe while visiting the Lake Arrowhead area.

Jacob was very communicative and helpful through our booking and stay. The cabin is incredibly spacious and comfortable with the highlights being the large balcony with fire pit, seating and a grill. Perfect even in the chillier weather. Additionally, the close proximity to hiking trails and Lake Arrowhead itself make this a great place to stay whether you’re planning to get out and about, or just planning a cozy stay-in retreat.

Spent a weekend away with family at this amazing cabin. So spacious for all 7 of us adults with a massive balcony where we hosted a bbq and made firepit smores and a secluded hot tub with a projector and sound system. Driveway is thrilling and can be missed. Highway 189 can also be quite noisy. This house is an easy drive to both Villages.

The cabin is so cozy and had plenty of space. The host responded quickly & was very helpful. Very clean & comfortable cabin. The driveway felt pretty steep, parking next to another vehicle felt a bit tight & getting out in front of the hwy but this is common with driveways in the mountains. Really enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit outside, even had cute dog dishes to put water & my dog’s food in. Enjoyed a drive to Lake Gregory, nice path to walk my dog there.

Twin Peaks Getaway

Everything stated on the description about the property was accurate. Everything worked well, clean, and things were well stocked. Jacuzzi was amazing and easy to use. The property was close to restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms were separated well in the cabin in case someone wants their own space. Had a great time at this classic cabin, well-decorated and comfy and still has all the modern amenities you could need! Stocked well by the host, rooms were comfy, TV and games worked great. Kitchen had plenty of useful items, fire pit outside and spa both worked great. Host was polite and communitive, located 5 min fron Lake Arrowhead. Lots of stairs, as most mountain cabins have, but we loved our stay and would visit again.

Wonderful Experience and Excellent Communication

The owner was very kind and efficient with his communication. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfect for hosting a cozy getaway with your friends and family; both living rooms fostered excellent spaces for games and conversations. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and we'd like to thank the owners for providing so many additional pantry supplies, hygienics, and cleaning agents. We were amazed by how prepared the hosts were with their amenities. We found hair dryers, spices, pancake mix, and many bathroom supplies in case of need. The trip was really a score for the price we paid, and I'd encourage any potential guests to reach out and inquire for more information from the owners as they were not only quick, but kind and well-spoken.There was one hiccup in our check-in process because the cleaners were still finishing up at our arrival time, but the host was very honest and generous with us, so we were able to work around it easily. We were also compensated for the extra time spent outside the cabin due to the small misunderstanding. Overall, these owners have a gem of a property and could easily be charging more for the amount of amenities provided. We had a great stay at the cabin! :)

Best cabin we have stayed in so far!

This house was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for everyone to do their own activities. I like that the game room is downstairs by the double bedroom with its own bathroom… Nice way to keep the kids separate if the adults want to do something upstairs. Hot tub comfortably fit six people! We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and seating. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back someday!

The cabin has a retro vibe with some modern touches, just as pictured. It was very clean and had several considerate additions. The jacuzzi was perfect, the couch was super comfy. The owners were very reasonable and friendly. Something to keep in mind is that the kitchen and larger living room is on the second floor so if you’re bringing in groceries Or lots of stuff you’ll have to carry it up several stairs. Other than that we had a great time!

Such a great stay!

I cannot say enough how perfect this place was for us. We went up for a day at Lake Gregory (10 minutes from this house) and were so happy with these accommodations. We were 2 pairs of couples & 3 singles which was perfect for the room setups. It was a 95 degree day but the a/c was already set when we checked in which was nice to escape that heat. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of paddle boarding. Also loved that huge couch in the living area. We fit 5 adults comfortably while watching movies. Our biggest concern was the drive way as we’ve had past experiences with steep driveways in Arrowhead (common issue in the mountains) but we got our 2wd sedan up no issue. Also about a 7 minute drive to Arrowhead village. Just be warned phone service isn’t the best. Home owners provide wifi which is good for being online but we ordered pizza & had no contact with the delivery guy until we realized he had left the food at the door a while ago but no big deal! My friends already said they will definitely book this rental in future trips up to this area. Our only regret was not doing karaoke with the 2 mics provided. Next time!

very nice cabin with too many niceties to detail. we would suggest that the listing be modified to state that elderly or those with physical infirmities should NOT stay at this location. there are three flights of steep steps to navigate. hauling luggage etc. up those stairs was very challenging. all others will be delighted.
