Kim was an excellent host and was very easy to work with. The full size washer and dryer was a plus as well as the garage parking. We had a mid size sedan and it fit in well. The outdoor parking pad was convenient as well. While we did not use it, the yard and patio looked pleasant and was well maintained. I will agree with an earlier review that there is road noise at times as the unit is on a busy street. The decor is also a bit dated, but clean and functional. ##### Ben T. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and more than serviceable. And it’s literally three minutes from downtown, with just an additional five minutes to get to the Visitor Center. All in all, if I were to return to the area, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Kim, the owner, picked up immediately when I had a quick question and was very friendly, nice, and helpful. Owner worked with me to book same day (because the system wouldn’t let us do it). Because the place was available, owner also allowed me to extend my stay day by day as complications arose. I really appreciated the washer/dryer. Also, when I first arrived, the spring on the garage door went out and when I told the owners, they fixed it quickly. When it snowed, they sent someone to shovel the walk. That was above-and-beyond. The location was close to everything: hospital, my daughter’s house, Walmart, etc. So very thankful.
