The Neighborhood: Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with older homes. Many of the homes are being updated and remodeled as the neighborhood has started to gain more popularity. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main thoroughway in the City of Twin Falls and is ½ mile from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park. Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone.
