House was clean, the perfect amount of space and everything was 'easy'. A fantastic stay. One note if you are looking forward to using the back yard/patio area, there is a portable fire pit out there, but no furniture. We were in town for the airshow, so we had camp chairs in our car that we could use out there, but there were not chairs. From securing reservation to check in through stay and check out, the whole process was easy-going. The place was spotless, well stocked with towels and kitchen tools. For us using it as a home base to travel about the area was more than perfect and exceptionally comfortable to return to after a long day hiking! Highly recommend the location for easy in/out access to many local dining locations and stores while set in a very quiet safe neighborhood location.
