PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: ALL GUEST(S) AGREE TO VRBO AND OUR RULES WHEN BOOKING: 1\. Age: The reserving responsible guest must be over age 18. 2\. Identification: We reserve the right to request a government issued identification for the reserving responsible guest. 3\. Occupants: All occupants, guests, and visitors, must be listed; no one who is not listed is allowed on the property. 4\. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is allowed in or on the premises, including outside, and by the pool and hot tub. Smoking on the grassy area is allowed if more than 100 feet from the house, provided all cigarette debris is picked up. Smoking violations will result in the forfeiture of your entire damage deposit, plus a separate cleaning charge. 5\. Parties: No parties or unauthorized events are allowed, unless prior written approval is obtained from your host for the event. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS allowed on property. 6\. House Rules: All individuals on our property agree to comply with all of our house rules, at all times; a copy of the house rules is available prior to booking to ensure all guests will be able to follow all rules. 7\. Pets: Pets are allowed, subject to the following: a) There is a maximum of two (2) pets allowed. b)There is a small, fenced area for pets. Pet must be under supervision at all times and must be on a leash beyond the fenced area. Be aware of the canyon and large drop off, If any questions or concerns please reach out prior to booking to ensure the property meets the safety requirements for your pet. Be aware of the dangers. c) All pets must weigh less than 45 pounds. d) Every pet must be fully housetrained. e) All pets must be listed and identified prior to arrival. f) Pet waste must be picked up immediately. 8\. Locals: We reserve the right to ask the reason for any reservation, including by a local, to ensure that our rules will not be violated and to prevent any unauthorized events/parties. 9\. Hot Tub: a)There are separate written rules and conditions for the hot tub which all guests must agree to follow. There is also a waiver and release of liability which all guests review and the booking itself is understanding to the terms and conditions. b)- hot tub located on property, swimmers assume all risk associated with harm or death from swimming. NO CHILDREN MUST BE LEFT UNATTENDED AND UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. 10\. Rock Creek Canyon: The property has a breathtaking view of the beautiful Snake River and Rock Creek Canyon, which we believe is the best view available. All guests must be of sufficient age and mobility to safely view the canyon. Only exception was grill was very dirty but my grandson cleaned it and the hot tub needed cleaning too. There was a wind storm the day before we arrived so i am thinking that was why the hot tub had stuff in it and no one was available to come up and check, which can happen. We enjoyed the house so much, we booked two extra nights, drove 2 hours to get our kids and brought them up with us. (We were out of babysitters 🙂). The master jetted tub felt great, the giant tv with surround sound kept the kids entertained, and the hot tub out back was big enough for the whole fam. I don't think I could have picked a better place or host. Lane was excellent even when I had to make some last minute changes. Everyone agreed they loved the place. Some of the highlights were walking out to the rim and viewing sunsets and sunrises, sitting in the hot tub, using the BBQ grill. Would love to stay there again if we're ever in the area again.
