✦ Our pool and Spa maintenance service takes place once a week, it may take place when guests are present, it takes 10 minutes and takes place only in outdoor back yard.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The place was nicely appointed, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook. Air conditioning worked well. Towels were clean, but stained, dingy, and mismatched. It was surface level clean. It could use a deep clean, like the baseboards. Some of the plumbing fixtures don’t work well, but that has been my experience at all the old houses in 29\. My son’s power on base had been out two days, so I was hoping we could check in a little early. I knew it might not be possible, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask. Host said we could at 50 an hour. After paying an exorbitant cost for the rental, that wasn’t in our budget. Luckily my son’s air conditioning finally came on. We were leaving very early day of checkout. Normally I would tell the host, so they can get the cleaners in early. After the check in experience, I didn’t feel like being nice. Kindness goes both ways.
