No disruptions during your stay of course! Positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning beachfront property boasts multiple living spaces and is fitted with luxury inclusions. A perfect holiday home for your next family getaway. The Space Downstairs: Your 1st master suite features a King size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, his/hers walk in robe, smart TV, open ensuite with bathtub, shower, toilet + direct access to the outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and built in robe. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and toilet. The 2nd living area is set up with a lounge suite, smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and flows flawlessly out to the covered entertaining area. Here you can relax and unwind on the outdoor lounge & dining settings, take a dip in the plunge pool or enjoy a BBQ cooked meal from the built in kitchen area which is equipped with a dishwasher, mini bar fridge and sink. Wander out your back gate with direct access through to the white sandy beaches or cycle track. Upstairs: Your open plan living area features high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, lounge suite, 8 seater dining table, smart TV and surrounded by a beautiful backdrop of tropical greenery. Upstairs: The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need to cook the family up a feast including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge and breakfast bar.
