This centrally located property offers easy coastal living with ocean glimpses and breezes flowing throughout. Just 450 metres to the creek and 500 metres to the beach, you can head out for a swim, paddle or walk within minutes, while still being close to town amenities, shops and cafés. It is a practical base for enjoying a relaxed lifestyle where everything you need is within walking distance. Your open plan living area is furnished with a lounge suite, smart TV, ceiling fan, 6 seater dining table and opens out to the balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Your master suite features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, built in robe, ensuite and small balcony with table and chairs.
