It was so convenient, great parking. However, the pool is repaired and you feel uncomfortable walking inside with a lot of bumps all around, it must be repaired immediately. The fridge was not cooling properly. The phone was not working to call receptionist.

Cancelaron mi reserva y tuve que pagar a un mayor costo argumentaron aviso previo pero no tuve ninguno. Habitaciones con piso resbaloso al encender el aire acondicionado se suda y esto se tornó peligroso sobre todo porque llevaba niños. De la habitación contigua tenía escurrimientos de agua. Desayuno muy limitado, por las fechas era demasiada gente y en dos días que estuve no solventaron el problema. Estacionamiento limitado y no está garantizado es posible tengas que dejar tu vehículo en la calle muy mala experiencia no lo recomendaría

En general todo está muy bien: la limpieza en habitaciones, el desayuno muy básico pero excelente sabor y presentación. La atención del personal excelente por parte de las personas del lobby y comedor. Únicamente me percaté que una colaboradora de camisa azul. No encajaba con el excelente trabajo que realizan la mayoría del personal que trabaja en este lugar: con una actitud Déspota y cero empatía con los huéspedes. En verdad la veías en la recepción y mejor te esperabas a qué te tocara que te atendiera alguien más.

Al ser un desayuno buffet y temporada alta había mucha gente y pues no se daban abasto con la cantidad de gente y la comida, sin embargo huevos y chilaquiles no faltaron calientes y frescos, el personal amable la habitación al regresar limpia y arreglada. El estacionamiento práctico al estar saliendo del hotel un poco lleno pero es normal por la temporada
