Gute Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Kellergeschoss ,ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hell.Für die Nacht gibt es Jalousien an den Fenstern.Sehr ruhig gelegen . Sehr schade dass man die Terasse nicht von der Wohnung direkt erreichen kann.Das heißt man muss die Treppe hoch die Haustür hinaus,um die Hausecke ,wieder ein paar Stufen runter.Hat man was vergessen geht das ganze wieder zurück in den Keller hinunter zur Wohnung.Schuhe sind immer auszuziehen.Im Eingangsbereich stehen sehr viele Schuhe von der ganzen Familie.Der Geruch hat mir zu schaffen gemacht. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht zufrieden .Im Bad sind die Wandfliesen um die Toilette und um das Waschbecken sehr verschmutzt .Die Zimmertüren sind sehr vergriffen.

Bewertung der Ferienwohnung Starnberger See, Tutzing
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein , für 2 Personen voll ausreichend und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Sie liegt zentral nur 10 min vom See entfernt aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße.Der S-Bahnhof liegt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe so das man auch Mal das Auto stehen lassen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben es auch schon Bekannten weiter empfohlen.

Moderne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Fernseher, Internet, Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, Toaster, Induktionsherd, Umluftbackofen, Spülmaschine ausreichend Teller und Besteck sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss des Hauses, ist also nicht Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Leider hat die Wohnung keine eigene Terrasse. Aber vielleicht ist das ja noch in Planung. Als wir da waren, war der Außenbereich noch im Bau... die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Alles top - wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
Wir haben insgesamt 8 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Duttlinger verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Familie war sehr gastfreundlich, hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben und ist auch sofort auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern (Induktionsherd, Touch-Bedienung von Licht und Jalousien) und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Auch sonst lässt sie keine Wünsche offen: Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher, Föhn, Handtücher & Co. sind ebenfalls einsatzbereit. Mit etwas über zehn Gehminuten zum Starnberger See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe der perfekte Ausflugsort, um die Natur zu genießen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen!
