It was clean. We were a group of 2 couples. Both of the women complained that the beds were uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Each of the beds were full size. There was a couple of air fresheners in the living room that were so strong it was a bit overwhelming. After communication with the owner, we removed the air fresheners to the front porch, turned on the AC and a fan and things were better.
