"When we arrived, we discovered what appeared to be blood smeared on the bedroom wall, acrylic fingernails in the bedsheets, & bloody items under the bed. We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay. "Basic but clean, safe and in a beautiful location. Room had a small toilet+shower wetroom and three small beds with foam toppers, alongside a small dining table and a sofa. Small radiator did a decent job of keeping cold out, but room was only ever mildly warm. Reception very friendly and helpful; free baggage store. Nice range of cafes and bakeries nearby. "
