"Cute little B&B with great views"
The B&B is on the 8th floor of an apartment block, very close to the Re De Roma metro stop so was very easy to get to and get about. Lovely little elevator to get to the top (is very small though, could only just fit 3 people!). Owner incredibly friendly, emailed on booking to get details and provide advice, called once we'd arrived to check what time we were expecting to check in. One thing that we weren't expecting was that the room had to be paid for in cash, so we had to go and get more Euros out, however he gave us a day or two to sort it out. Our room was nice, quite plain but comfortable, and there was a really nice big bathroom which was shared with one other room. On the second day the owner knocked on our door and asked if we wanted to move into a bigger room with a balcony, and an even better view! I would recommend this place, it's only really small (total 4 rooms!) and quite quirky but had everything we needed, including a fridge and free tea/coffee etc in the lobby, and very friendly :)

"Great little B and B for a short Rome visit"
The hotel is located near the San Giovanni and Re de Roma metro stations - we got a cab from the Termini station to the hotel however I would say that this was not necessary as the hotel is only a 5 min walk from both metro stops so as long as you don't have lots of luggage this is fine.First impressions not great as the entrance hall and rickety lift up to the fourth floor are a little tired ,but once we got used to it it was fine.Hotel only small with 4 rooms the room we had was at the back of the property with ensuite bathroom. Both were kept very clean.Whilst the room is quite basic it is more than adequate for a short stay in Rome - there is no fridge but the kitchen in the property which the owners use for making breakfast has a fridge and I am sure they would have been happy for us to use it.The owners are a lovely older Italian couple - coffee is fabulous for breakfast!!Despite the language barrier we managed to communicate quite well!Breakfast is coffee and pastries/bread served in the room and is more than enough .Hotel prices are expensive in Rome and I would say that the price paid was a little higher than the equivalent standard of b and b in other cities but even so I felt that we had good value for money.

"Rental apartment in the suburbs"
This place is 5 metro stops from the Colloseum and about 7 from the central train station. It is basically a rented apartment of 3 rooms - you rent one of the rooms, which includes a bedroom 'space' and kitchenette area plus bathroom. The good part is that you get a taste of suburban life but it is a metro ride away from the tourist attractions (€1.50 / 20mins each time).

"Roman Style Life Set."
This is a flat, with kitchen. That is all me and my husband desired after travelling for a long time. We needed to cook our food. The neighbourhood has 3 supermarkets, a daily street market, tube station very close and the place is sunny and not noisy. Clean, practical, first floor. We spent a week. If I won the place would make it a gourmand flat.

"Classy and Cozy"
Greeted with smiles and safe-keeping for our luggage with our early arrival . Recommendation for local dining were excellent . Instructions on how to use the nearby Metro were greatly appreciated . Our group of 10 hunkered down in the welcoming bar as the receptionist/barmaid/concierge gladly satisfied our thirst with generous cocktails , beer and soda .
